It's an old office building. I don't like the parking lot, too narrow. Elevator old too. But security is good, need to tap a card as usuall. Food court available at P6 at parking lot. Outdoor seating available for smoking. Be careful of ganjil genap plat number of your car at sudirman street

Decent office space in Central Jakarta area. They have a Starbucks in the first floor and various bank branch offices. Location is very strategic as it is close to Busway and MRT station. The building is quite old but has very sturdy architecture.
